Join us for a nourishing 3-day retreat designed to help you gently shift from the outward energy of Summer into the introspective calm of Fall. Through breathwork, yoga somatic practices, and insightful lectures, you’ll regulate your nervous system, cleanse physical and emotional residue, and set a rooted tone for the season ahead.
Fall often brings with it moments of stress, stagnation, or melancholy. But this natural turning inward doesn’t have to feel heavy.
