The Session studio is an online studio which offer an endless collection of wellness sessions, for you to explore your own and unique way of Liberation.
 
It’s with different style of Yoga, the practice of Pilates, the deep dive into Pranayama, the play of Meditation and the journey to the world of Ayurveda that we will embarque you to discover and remember who you are and have always been.
Different levels and approaches will enable you to create your own practice with appropriate movements, breathing techniques and lectures.
 
Because you will have accessibility to practice when ever you want, you can organise your time and schedule your session according to your daily program and your feeling of the moment. In that way you can adapt your practice without compromise it. Whether you have 5 min or 2 hours, you will be able to keep up and stay inspired to stimulate the change you dream to create.
