Resiliency Circle (RC) is a nervous system regulation group-work rooted in Polyvagal Theory and Irvin Yalom’s group psychotherapy principles.
Our nervous system constantly scans for safety or danger.
When we feel unsafe, we go into survival states — fight, flight, or freeze.
RC offers a space to practice returning to safety — through presence, awareness, and authentic human connection.
It’s a space to experience what “regulated” truly feels like, in the body and in relationship.
🌿 Why We Do This Work
Regulation isn’t something we achieve alone — it’s something we learn through connection.
Before self-regulation, there was co-regulation — the way our nervous systems soothe and support each other.
In RC, we use the wisdom of the group to explore these dynamics safely.
You’ll notice:
đź’¬ how your body responds when others are present,
❤️ how safety and trust build slowly through authentic interaction,
🌬️how your system learns to stay open and grounded, even in emotional moments.
This is where healing begins — when connection becomes safe again.
Each circle gathers 6–10 people for a 6-month journey.
Guided by two trained facilitator, sessions include:
✨ somatic and mindfulness-based interventions,
✨ reflective sharing and group dialogue,
✨ real-time exploration of relational patterns.
The approach blends:
• Polyvagal-informed nervous system awareness
• Interpersonal Neurobiology (how the brain grows through safe relationships)
• Positive Psychology (focusing on strengths and inner resources)
This combination helps participants not only understand themselves — but also feel and embody change.

🌸 The Transformation
Through consistent practice in a safe community, you’ll experience:
🌿 more ease in your body and relationships,
🌿 increased emotional resilience and clarity,
🌿 a deeper sense of belonging, joy, and vitality.
This is an invitation to be seen, heard, and supported —
to meet life as your whole self.
