In this second class, about releasing tension on the lower back, we will use props to ease the practice and to approach it from a different angle.
Hip openers and thigh stretches will help unloading the accumulation of stress we put in the lower back.
You can put together the two classes if you feel so, adding LOWER BACK FLOW at this one.
You will need 2 blocks and a belt.
