A private session with Stephanie Sayegh is a great opportunity to benefit from a personal guidance tailored for YOU or a small group.
 
“My passion is to share with people my experiences and guide them through their journey. Since the time I was a nurse, I’ve always been interested in the uniqueness of each individual and how each guidance needs to be addressed in a bespoke way. My long experience in one to one sessions has confirmed that I can create clear focus on your goals and needs, when I connect my attention to your authentic self. 
I will guide you, as a mentor if you are a teacher, into your practice of Yoga, Pilates and Pranayama if you desire to understand and improve your own practice. 
My spectre of work, with you, will range into the reappropriation of your body/mind through movement, breathing and spiritual understanding.”
 
You will improve in the daily understanding of your uniqueness. You will adjust what ever is not integrated in a group session. You will find a way to adapt and adjust what was not so clear. You will create your own program, at your own pace with a facilitator who will hold a safe space for you to open.
