I believe that true healing and vitality happen when we invite both the mind and the body into the room. With a background spanning clinical science, somatic movement, and relational psychology, my work is dedicated to helping you restore connection to your organic intelligence, build nervous system resilience, and step into a life of authentic aliveness.
Because our patterns of protection and survival live in both our physiology and our relational habits, I support people through two distinct but deeply informed pathways:
– Somatic Movement & Vinyasa Flow: Mindful, dynamic movement integrated with applied Polyvagal Theory. Here, we use the physical body, breath, and spatial awareness to directly shift and regulate your nervous system state.
– Somatic & Relational Therapy (NARM, Neurosystemics & Organic Intelligence): A gentle, present-moment inquiry focused on healing developmental and relational trauma. Here, we work verbally and somatically to address the unconscious survival strategies that keep you feeling disconnected from yourself and others.
How I Work:
While these modalities are offered as separate, dedicated sessions to respect the boundary and containment of your therapeutic goals, they do not exist in isolation.
When you are on the mat with me, my understanding of relational psychology guides how I hold space. When you are on the therapy couch, my deep mapping of the nervous system and body-mind connection informs how we navigate your somatic experience.
Whether we move together or speak together, the destination is the same: “Returning home to yourself.
