Somatic Yoga Sessions


Hatha Flow





Pilates
Low impact core focused resistance work. Pilates is a system of exercise created by Joseph Hubertus Pilates in the 1920’s. A full body programme with a mind/ body emphasis to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and coordination when practiced regularly.


Vinyasa Flow
Fast Paced flowing Yoga asanas linked by a mindful breathing. (Not Suitable for beginners)









Pranayama / Meditation
Pranayama: Yogic breath control and expansion techniques. Meditation: Mindful techniques to relax and focus the mind
